Fishing Right After Historic Winter Freeze in Texas

The Historic Winter Freeze that Texas just recently experienced (Winter Storm Uri) was devastating.

Texans across the state experienced no power and water for days. Our beloved wild life took a catastrophic hit. Right now, a lot of questions are being asked about the long lasting negative effects this historic winter storm has brought to our beloved Gulf Coast.

I went out 2 days after the storm has passed to try my luck with some offshore fishing in state waters. I was very curious to get a gauge of how hard it will be to fish deep waters since I figured that the fish more than likely sought out deeper waters where the temperature would be warmer.
