Summer Trout Fishing with Powerbait and Corn – Caney Fork River

Today we’re out fishing the Caney Fork RIver for summer trout using Powerbait and Corn.

Panfish and I are fishing early in the morning to get some fishing in before the water level gets too high. I manage to catch a nice little rainbow trout on Powerbait Eggs at the first location we try.

With rising water came a choice to move up river. I catch a second trout, a brown trout, at the second location. I caught it with corn. I would like to thank Panfish for joining me on this summer trout fishing trip to the Caney Fork River.

We did ok fishing with Powerbait and corn, and couldn’t manage any on other lures.
